Jucy Snooze

This is a formal reference letter regarding Logan Moodie (The Dangle man) work. Logan and his team travelled to Queenstown for some work here at Jucy Snooze Hotel. Logan was very well knowledge and passionate about what he does. From the very first call I had with Logan I knew this was going to be effortless from my end. He was really easy to contact and communicate with and is always on to it. Logan’s work was by far the best. Him and his team were great from the health and safety part of it to the actual operations. Logan was very understanding of any changes that had to be made due to having a building that operates 24/7 with up to 300 guests in the building. Overall I was really pleased with the work that Logan and his team had completed and could not of asked for a better job to be done.

Otago House

We have worked with Logan Moodie/The Dangleman for the past 2.5 years as property managers for the landlord of Otago House (a 13-storey office building with a curtain wall facade) and other properties in Dunedin and Mosgiel. The Dangleman is contracted to clean, maintain and survey the exterior surfaces of our buildings.

Logan's work includes regular cleans of the entire surface of Otago House, one of the largest buildings in Dunedin. This covers all glazed and solid wall areas. In addition, he and his team carry out repair and maintenance work in hard-to-reach areas as required. The Dangleman is our first choice for this work based on our experience with them.

We have found Logan and his team to be very efficient to work with, highly professional, competent, experienced and safety-conscious. They produce superior results at reasonable cost and can be relied upon at all times, including for short-notice work. We have absolutely no hesitation to recommended Logan's services to others.
